Terms of Sale
These terms of sale govern the purchase process of Boxyboon products and the use of Boxyboon website – https://boxyboon.nz (the Website). The Website is owned and operated by Miromiro Group Limited (We) trading as Boxyboon. We are a limited liability company located and registered in New Zealand, NZBN 9429048517003.
The terms of sale is an agreement between Boxyboon and Customers. Customers must agree to the Boxyboon terms of sale in order to make purchases or use any associated services. By accessing and using this Website before purchase, Customers agree to abide by these terms of sale at all times. We may amend the terms of sale from time to time.
Pricing
Prices shown on the Website are in New Zealand Dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, unless that price and an order accepted by Boxyboon in writing. Price changes may be due to increasing building material and shipping costs. Some materials used in the construction of your tiny house may differ from those listed on the website due to availability constraints or improvements in design.
Invoices
All invoices are valid for 10 days from the invoice date, unless prearranged at the time of invoice request.
Deposit
A 50% deposit must be received within 10 days from the invoice date to secure stock. If the invoice is not paid within this timeframe, all ordered items are made available for other Customers. Once the deposit has been received, Customers will be allocated the next available item.
Final Payment
Full payment must be received prior to dispatch. Should full payment not be received, We reserve the right to push Customer’s order back and bring other orders forward. Once your final payment has been made, the collection or delivery within New Zealand can be arranged.
Customised orders
Customising means choosing a house model, room layout, exterior cladding pattern, floor colour, windows colour, steel frame colour, kitchen design, and adding extra options such as trailer, decking, and peaked roof if needed. Once a customised order has entered the manufacturing stage, no further plan changes are accepted.
Shipping dates
We aim to ship your order within 100 days. However, delivery dates are estimates. In cases of force majeure and other unforeseeable circumstances for which We are not responsible, We are entitled to postpone the performance of the delivery for the term of the obstruction.
The examples of the above-mentioned circumstances are: operational troubles and interruptions due to fire, flooding, earthquake or similar weather events; major failures of production facilities; interruptions in operation due to war conflicts, strikes, lockdowns. If, consequently, the performance of the delivery or service is delayed for more than 60 days, Customers are entitled to a refund after a written notice.
Delivery
You can collect your order from our Auckland storages. The address will be provided to the Customer after receiving the final payment. Delivery within New Zealand is an extra option. We use various transport companies in New Zealand depending on Customer’s location.
Warranty
Boxyboon warranty doesn’t cover the following issues: minor non-structural defects; normal wear and tear caused by everyday use; damage caused by Customers or third parties due to inappropriate transportation and unloading; damage caused by negligent maintenance; damage caused by natural disasters and extreme weather conditions.

Tiny houses rules and regulations in New Zealand can vary from region to region. It is up to Customer to familiarise themselves with the requirements of their local council and apply for required consents accordingly.
